The HCG mission statement is centered on 5 essential values, focused at the same time on service and product quality on one hand and on the energy recurrently assigned to building up real added value on the other hand. All this is being achieved through innovative solutions and continuous know-how development.
The HYC Hydraulic Center concept was created in 2012 focusing mainly on the repair supplies and spare parts supply for several economic branches as INDUSTRY, AGRICULTURE, MINING, NAVAL, ENERGY and METALLURGY.
Hydraulic Center was born out of the passion for technology and ingenious solutions. Since 2012 our main priority has been ensuring the sustainable development of our activities by keeping our promises in full, towards our customers and collaborators. Our passion for people and for high quality work keeps representing our compass, guiding us day by day.

HCG Our evolution equation – A decade’s short tale
HCG is the living proof of an inland success story, build with careful and steady footsteps during a decade’s timeframe. Thanks to a couple of well thought investments, implemented with consistent efforts and big hearted dedication, we find ourselves in full explansion once the collaboration with international big players as Bosch Rexroth and Faster started back in 2017. As from 2019 the group’s activity is expanding from the hydraulic sector to metallic confections industries.
How to achieve building up a steady and certain foundation
In 2012 HYC has signed off a contract with one of the most powerful Italian spare parts dealers, the local suppliers not being prepared for the HYC requirements. Furthermore, HYC has distinguished itself within the market as an “established” supplier, appreciated for very short reaction timings and innovative solutions for repairs and preventive maintenance.
The year 2013 marked the sign off of the first important contract with the SAPA PROFILES group (Hydro Act). This is how a small wave effect was created on the market and other renowned companies have required our services.
Investments: smart and centered on the long run, a good plan?
The year 2014 has brought significative modifications within HYC, important investments have been made in measuring equipment, hose crimping machines and at last but not the least we invested in a stock of spare parts. 2015 brings by a big plus for HYC meaning the employment of 2 new technicians of great caliber, worthy of the HYC name. As result of the employment contracts, HYC has almost doubled it’s intervention and repairing capacity, for the first time overpassing the 1 M EUR level turnover.
2016 is the year when HYC moves in a new building, a bigger and more modern one, in order to improve it’s employee comfort and also more adequate conditions for the execution of the works.
2016 brings by other 2 new engineers in hydraulics and electrics, this way we were able to improve the diversification of our offer.
How come 2017 is key in HYC’s development?
2017 is the first year when HYC joins the EU big players table, a first contract becoming concrete right after that key moment.
2017 is the ‘year’. HYC represents a great interest for BOSCH REXROTH and becomes their official partner in Romania. Meanwhile HYC has been contacted by the most renowned producer of quick-connectors, FASTER.
A 6.7 mil euro worth contract, now really ?
In 2018 HYC signs a 6.7 mil EUR worth contract for the installation and implementation of the most modern aluminum profile extrusion factory in Romania. The same year, HYC signs an association contract with the ICSH Group Hunedoara, this way ensuring works and manpower on the long term.
HCG Hydraulic Center Group walks the talk ?
In 2019 HYC starts building a new headquarters, this way ensuring it’s further activity development. The same year HYC becomes Hydraulic Center Group’s main growth and expansion engine, benefiting from ICSH’s knowhow and production capacity. HCG invests over 1 mil EUR in the retooling of its Metallic Structures and Constructions Department, acquiring a 6Kw high precision laser and a metal bending press of 320 tonnes.
HCG team definetly walks the talk through it’s big sprint in 2019, motivated by outstanding results, witnesses of a well-thought vision and a hearted implementation by authentic excellence passionates.
